ANI-4074: Rust

Seems to have declared himself "Leader of the Microraptors" despite 1. Not being a Microraptor and 2. Said Microraptors don't seem to care too much, they just do what he says sometimes because it seems fun and they also don't wanna hurt hit feelings (just don't tell him that). Very arrogant and loud, but the instant something more threatening shows up he'll back off quick, abandoning whoever's with him if it would help him more.
