INNIS DAGG ZOOLOGICAL PARK
We are just a fourty-five minute ferry ride off of Yarmouth, Nova Scotia. This roughly 1,930sq mile island is solely dedicated to our zoological park and education center! Named after the famous Canadian zoologist and feminist, Dr. Anne Innis Dagg, we are honoring her legacy by further educating the public on the importance of a harmonious coexistence between human and wildlife. Our zoo is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable visit with a metrorail to bring you to different areas of the island with effeciency, multiple eateries, rest areas and multi-day passes to enjoy IDZ to the fullest!
